One of our team will design a specialised training program specifically for your personal needs to get you reaching your goals and more importantly, maintaining them.

PT SESSION PRICING:

Charlotte is our Head Coach and Trainer and has over 7 years experience with one on one training. Charlotte is confident in her skills and is able to get the best results from her clients.
With her Cert 3 and 4 in Fitness, Charlotte continues to complete further certificates to broaden her knowledge in the fitness industry, including, Strength Training, Kettle Bells and Certs through FMA and Clean Health.

Charlotte is $90 for a 45 minute session

Samantha has been working in the Health & Fitness industry since 2017. Sam is passionate about helping her clients create better habits and enjoy their training.
With a Cert 3 and 4 in Fitness, Sam has also completed Certs in Sports Massage and is a Qualified Pre & Post Natal Trainer.

Samantha is $80 for a 45 minute session.

WHAT YOUR PERSONAL TRAINER CAN OFFER YOU:

  • A detailed health & past history questionnaire to make sure we are fully aware of your capabilities and ensure we have everything we need to make your program as effective as possible.

  • What you want to achieve towards your health and wellness to ensure we get you the best results guaranteed.

  • Girth Measurements and Skin Folds (optional) so we have the information needed to help you with your training and nutrition. We recommend these are taken every 2 weeks to keep you on track and for us to monitor your progress and make any alterations if needed.

  • Personalised 4 Week Training Program

  • Personalised Nutrition Guide. As with any meal plan, please consult a Doctor first if you have any ongoing health issues.

  • 45 minute session to show you what you program will be like and how your trainer can get you to where you want to be.
