OUR BOXING DRILLS INCORPORATE FOCUS PADS, BOXING BAGS, KICK SHIELDS ALL WHILST LEARNING TECHNIQUE.

THIS CLASS IS SUITABLE FOR ALL FITNESS LEVELS.

WE DO HAVE OUR OWN BOXING GLOVES, HOWEVER FOR HYGIENE REASONS WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO BRING YOUR OWN.

INCORPORATING MAT WORK, BOOTY BANDS & LIGHT WEIGHTS, THIS CLASS IS PERFECT FOR ALL FITNESS LEVELS AND AGES.

WE LOVE SUPER SATURDAYS!!!

THIS CLASS CAN BE ANYTHING FROM KING H.I.I.T. TO AN OUTDOOR BOOTCAMP, TO WHACKY RACES, TO A S.U.P. BOOTCAMP!!

A GREAT WAY TO START OFF THE WEEKEND!! A FULL BODY WORKOUT THAT WILL DEFINITELY START YOUR WEEKEND OFF THE RIGHT WAY!!

THIS IS A REAL SOCIAL CLASS AND WE ALWAYS HAVE COFFEE OR BREAKFAST AT ONE OF THE AWESOME CAFES WE HAVE IN EMERALD LAKES.

* THERE WILL BE PLENTY OF WARNING FOR S.U.P. BOOTCAMPS

YOUNG AT HEARTS

THIS CLASS IS DESIGNED FOR MATURE LADIES WHO ARE 'YOUNG AT HEART'. A LOW INTENSITY CIRCUIT WHICH WILL HELP YOU TONE, INCREASE YOUR STRENGTH AND IMPROVE YOUR STABILITY, ALL WHILE HAVING FUN.


CLASS NUMBERS WILL BE CAPPED TO 16 PER CLASS WHICH GIVES US THE SPACE AND ABILITY TO WORK WITH EACH OF YOU PERSONALLY TO ENSURE FORM AND TECHNIQUE IS ON POINT.
ALL CLASSES MUST BE BOOKED VIA THE MINDYBODY APP, UNFORTUANTELY DUE TO CLASS CAPS, PENALTIES WILL APPLY FOR NO-SHOWS
