Our 6 Week Challenges are designed to give you the tools you need to ensure you have long-term success in reaching and maintaining your goals.
Our team are here to to help you break unhealthy habits, lose weight, build strength or even just to challenge yourself to be better than you were yesterday.
Will you rise to the challenge and change your life forever?
Our qualified Personal Trainers will design you an easy to follow Training Program for you to follow in the gym at your own pace during the 6 Weeks. These programs are tailored to ensure you get the most out of each workout, incorporating both Strength & Conditioning and HIT.
Our Seminars are a great chance to hear and chat with someone that can assist you on your journey. Our Guest Speakers may include Naturopaths, Chiropractors, Life Coaches, Chefs, as well as past Challenge participants. This is a great chance to find yourself a strong support network.
Throughout the 6 weeks, we will give you (optional) challenges to complete. These can be anything from a Strength challenge, Workout for time or a week long step challenge. These are designed to keep your motivation up and your competitive spirit burning as you compete against yourself and the other challengers either in a group setting or on your own.
During the challenge you won’t be on your own. The team at Myfit will always be here to support and guide you with any questions or struggles you may be having. Remember, we are here to help. We want you to succeed as much as you do.
We are firm believers in filling up on healthy, nutritionally dense food each and every day. This is not a fad diet or a quick fix. Our Nutrition Plans are designed to educate you to help change your lifestyle for the longterm. We like to keep it simple as well as delicious. You will get several ideas to choose from at each meal break so you won’t get bored.
At the beginning and end of our challenges we like to do a complete Body Assessment to keep track of your progress. This includes photos, measurements, skin folds and a BioScan. The numbers on the scale can be misleading so combining measurements with a BioScan can give you an accurate picture of your body. You will get a report at the end of the challenge detailing your losses and gains with fat, muscle and visceral fat to name a few.
END of CHALLENGE SOCIAL EVENT
To celebrate your success and to reveal the winner of our challenge, a social event is held at the end of the 6 weeks. It’s a great excuse to get together and show off what you’ve achieved!
