Group Classes  

Myfit have a unique variety of specifically tailored classes to support all your health and fitness goals.

All of our Classes are designed and instructed by fully qualified trainers so you are in the best of hands.

We aim to keep all our classes limited to an exclusive number of participants to ensure you are performing correctly, but also being constantly motivated. We believe in delivering you a personalised experience even in a group class environment. We run 19 classes a week, ranging from Strength and Condition Classes, to our ever popular Pilates, Core and Mobility Class (PCM).

We even run 4 week programs in some of our classes so you can track your weights each week and monitor your progression.

BOXFIT - Punch and kick your way into shape using boxing drills and kick shields. A great stress relief!  BURN - Incorporating mat work, light weights and resistance bands for a low impact, total body workout. Feel the burn in your butt, abs and upper body. Perfect for any fitness level.  FUNCTIONAL CIRCUITS - Our circuit style class gives you plenty of variety and intensity, while helping you achieve ultimate results with loads of fun.  KING H.I.T. - This is a fun, upbeat, Circuit style class using Boxing Techniques, Resistance Training and Cardio to get you training like a champion!! Join both male and female trainers to improve your agility, cardio, power, speed and endurance. This is the ultimate Fat Burning Class!  MYFIT METCON - This high-intensity class is designed specifically to get your body working efficiently by burning max calories throughout as well as after by using both bodyweight and equipment.  PCM (PILATES, CORE, MOBILITY) - PCM incorporates some traditional Pilates moves with Core and Mobility work.  RESISTANCE TRAINING - This class is designed to give you a killer workout while building lean muscle and burning fat, Using pin-loaded equipment and free weights, this class is perfect for those unsure about how to use the equipment correctly.  STRENGTH & CONDITIONING - Our specifically designed strength and conditioning programs will give you that one on one experience in a group environment.  STRETCH & MOBILITY - Help improve posture, stretch tight muscles and mobilise locked up joints using foam rollers, resistance bands and massage balls.  YOUNG AT HEARTS * 50+ *- A mix of resistance based training, low impact exercise and stretches designed to keep you fit and healthy and increase your strength and stability.
